Re: Mossie Retracts

I had a set of Unitracts made for a Brian Taylor 71" Mosi that I built and converted to electric. They are extremely heavy and with the weight of a 4s 5000ma battery plus two speed controllers and two G46 motors I have never dared fly it due to the wing loading. I've never weighed it, it just f...

Bringing tears to my eyes. I used to fly on 53 squad Beverleys at Abingdon. They gave me noise induced hearing loss. Thank you Bristol Centaurus!!

Re: 'Inflight' / Onboard Footage Camera Question

I use velcro with an elastic band back up but it is onto plastic. The mobius comes with a slide on back plate holder which might help.

DLE55RA carb.

Does anyone know if this carb can be rotated 180 deg in it's mount on the back-plate?
I can't find a positive answer on the net anywhere except that some DLE carbs can be.
Thanks,

LMA/BFMA Insurance

There appears to be no update to the "Stop Press" at the start of the year to an agreement between the LMA/BFMA regarding reciprocal insurance cover.(Sorry if I missed it!). We have lost our flying site , a replacement is far from satisfactory and it looks like I have to join a BMFA affili...
