looking to purchase a 2kg co2 Fire Extinguisher for caravan/flightline

where is the best place to purchase and to obtain recharge?

and is it worth looking @ a 5kg one?

I have an old tatty black one, I need to weigh it to check it is still fully charged, FOC, can take to Cosford.
