Re: Hobbyking Covering

Great stuff, covers well shrinks nicely and takes a lot of heat.

The only slight downside is that the adhesive sometimes leaks out from the seams. A touch of acetone on a cloth soon clears that up.

I know you are sorted now, but I came across these tanks.

Might prove useful for future reference.

Re: Online Membership Renewals

Thank you Dave.

None of my details have changed, I have received the Journal, just cant place it at the moment.

A PDF copy would be fine as I wish to renew my membership and the details of how to do so were in the last journal.

I will PM you an email address to send it to.

Thanks.

Re: Malta aircraft museum

SWMBO and I went to Malta last year. Spent a good few hours at the museum.

It is a shame it is a bit run down. Needs a good injection of cash.
I trust you went to the National War Museum and saw Faith!!

We will deffinatly go back to Malta.

Re: Fun stuff goes here.

Finding a woman sobbing that she had locked her keys in her car, a passing soldier assures her that he can help. She looks on in amazement as he removes his trousers, rolls them into a ball and rubs them against the car door. Magically the door opens. 'That is so clever' the woman gasps, 'how did yo...

Re: Winter Projects

Not for the shows, but just for a bit of fun at the RCM&E fly in, I am building a Mini Jazz as part of the Forum "Mass Build".

Then there are the plans for the 1/4 scale DVII that are saying build me. But before that I must cover the Farmhand.
