Zenoah 38 Exhaust

Is there an off the shelf replacement for the standard 38 exhaust/muffler that is not extortionate and available in the uk? I know people will say braise up the standard one but not got the free time just now.

retracts

hi all,
I am looking for a supplier for some bespoke retract units and oleos. I have spoken with Dave brown already but I think he is quite busy. I can supply basic cad drawings of what I'm after. who come recommended?

Re: Pond Sealer

hi steve, i have now done the other side of the test tailplane in 48g cloth (18g was used first) as i havent currently got any 25g. the results are even better with the heavier cloth i presume due to it being able to take more sealer in one coat. the edges have come to a nice feather edge so once th...

G4 and glass is so easy to apply! i have only put down the first side of a tailplane but its gone on really well. a couple of questions though, do you trim back the glass once the first application coat has cured (like using ...

do you happen to have any more details of the 'pink rods' ?? also when you say 'if the joints are close together do them in one go', how close is close?? without looking at the plans i would guess some of the joints are within a couple of inches of eachother. im planning on using mild steel tubing f...

Re: ZDZ Reduction Drive

hi david,
very impressed with this. i am considering a project that would (i think) require a 100-120cc with a reduction drive. ideally a drive that could be bolted on as opposed something like this. is this something you might be able to help with?
cheers
