Hi Richard,
I am using the DLE 170 in a Prestwick single Pioneer and fitted Sid King syle inserts to reduce the outlet size. I also lined the radial cowl with 6mm felt. The reduced the decibels by a substantial amount.

When I was an apprentice lad I had a Morris 1000 and on a Sunday If I could find a garage that was open I put in 4 gals of Esso Plus and got 20 Players cigs and all for a pound but I also got 2 bob change and that was my fuel for a week. Know what its like Dave,
I remember a concreted hole 5meters square and 3 meters deep that was the nitrogen test pit for a 3"-30 thousand psi valve when it burst we never found the concrete only a very big hole.
