Hi Dave,
Just checked the instructions from an unbuilt Flair kit that I have and it gives the CG as 190-210mm back from the leading edge at the centre section. It goes on to say it should balance in a 3deg nose down attitude.

Hi Paul, Provided the tug does shallow turns and the glider stays wings level(not trying to follow the tug) you should be OK.
