Re: Membership cards.

My comments weren't criticisms of anyone at the LMA, but I understand that for the first time the club has put the printing and distribution of membership cards/documents in the hands of an outside contractor it is they that need chivvying up, if I were to take someone's money in my companies then n...

Re: Membership cards.

Thanks for the replies, firstly, Bob my comments aren't abusive and secondly I do not see the point of paying the BMFA for insurance when my membership here covers any obligations I have.

Help please - Graupner Ultra Duo Plus 60

The manual says I cannot use two charging outputs at the same time, is that so? I bought this charger fully understanding that output 1 & 2 could be used simultaneously, I would appreciate any help on this from anyone who is familiar with the charger.

Thanks

2011 Show Dates

I think the page needs updating, as it says 'confirmed 2011 dates' at the top and quite a few of these are falling on Sunday/Monday and it's not even a bank holiday

Finishing Resins

Has anyone used the Deluxe Materials EZE-COTE water based resin, if so, how does it compare to epoxy based skinning resins?

Savox servos

Hello everyone, has anybody got a view on Savox servos, has anyone used them and if so whats the verdict? I would appreciate any feedback as I am about to invest in a set of servos for my latest project, and these servos seem to be extremely good value.

Thanks

Hi chaps, anyone know where I can get hold of some scale wheels (mains & tail) for my 20% Hurricane, I've been waiting for ages for Sierra giant Scale to send them either direct to me or to Leon at Belair but nothing ever happens after being promised to the contrary. I really want to get hold of...

1/5th Hurricane

Does anyone have any dimensions or profiles of the Vokes tropical filter fairing fitted to the Hurricane, or can anyone point me in the direction of where I could possibly find the info.

1/5th Hurricane

Hi, I'm looking for some help and advice. The model I am on with at the moment is the Vailly Aviation Hurricane which as per the plan has a one piece detachable wing. I want to change the design to allow me to have a permanent root section mounted to the fuselage and then the wings will 'plug' in to...

Comtemplating my first petrol engine

I am looking to purchase a petrol engine to power my 20% Hawker Hurricane and wondered if any members could give me any guidance on what, in their view, are the best and most reliable. I am hoping to find one that I can be completely enveloped in the cowl and then use the radiator inlet as the intak...
