Re: Cheddar Fly-in 2019

I have received approval from Rob to extend the fly-in to start on the Monday following Cosford for a period of 2 weeks which should now cover most of the problems due to the change in date. This will enable member to attend Cheddar prior to Woodspring and act as a backstop should the ground conditi...

Re: Cheddar Fly-in 2019

Due to the logistics involved in preparing Cheddar to follow on from Cosford as per last year, and the numbers LMA member involved. ( this could be reviewed subject to special arrangments) in order to help. I would propose that we start Cheddar on Thursday Friday before Woodspring and carry through ...

Re: Cheddar Fly-in 2019

Thanks steve, You have put the problem in a nut shell , as you put it leaving the date for Cheddar as per last year has a lot merit, but would stop some weekend only LMA members ( flying at Woodspring) from meeting up with fellow members. how big a problem this is will depend on feed back. As to ext...

Re: P47 colours

Hi Dave ,
I like your choice ,the model colours are drab olive with standard grey on all Army aircraft prior to 1944.and insignia were round blue background with white star no strip either side from June 1942 to June 1943.

Re: Diodes in twin battery set ups

Thank you Rob. But I do not see how this avoids the need of diodes .unless you make a break in the receiver + connection inside the receiver and so split the output.
