Re: My brain hurts!

Nope !! Didnt get any of that lol Surely if you want something of a measured size to fit into a space of another known size, hat principle works, BUT if you need to know what 25% of a KNOWN size is then it dosent! Eg: full size = 36 feet (span) so 25% = 9 feet. So tell the printer who will print you...

Re: My brain hurts!

It would appear that at curve 0 you input say 100% then click on the small box with zero against it . Then after you select your preferred swit...

Re: Sky 120 LMA Trainer

No need for a steerable wheel as the rudder alone will track the aircraft for take off.
Mine is fixed and works perfect..

Re: Latest Journal

I joined the LMA in 1987 and I do agree with some people on here who say don’t fix which isn’t broke !! But the suggestion by some who have said about changing the name to Large Model Flying Association ( LMFA) I feel IS a worthwhile change which really buttonholes our great organisation perhaps mor...

Re: Sky-120 by Tony Nijhuis

You can do it yourself. First of all with the silencer apart, Gently flatten the slots with a hammer. Clean the flattened slots and the edges where the silencer fits together with steel wool. Now you will need a butane torch , some borax powder to make a flux, and a silver soldering rod ( low meltin...

Re: Sky-120 by Tony Nijhuis

Been using ZG38s since 1991 and always have one in my collection. Great engine, once primed usually starts within 2 flicks, never had one miss a beat ever !! Oh yes and we know the silencer needs to be silver soldered together after removing the plate inside and also solder the slots up on it also. ...
