Thank you all for your kind words, sadly as you can see by the amount who has looked and responded, this forum is dead. The new media is Facebook, twitter and Instagram. Website and forums are a dying art. But it is still nice to be recognised for what I have done even if it had only been one person...

John, it was never on the cards to give up with the journal, I am so glad the Board has found away to keep it going. Yet again, more sad news, I met Gordon a few time before he stop coming to LMA events, lovely man, also his wife did a great article in the LMA Journal some years ago.

Hi Brian, you are only the third person to spot this up to now, yes it was a typo, or should I say not typed. I forgot to change the issue number on the template, sorry for the confusion. But look on the bright side at lease you haven’t lost it. :lol:

To be fair the best place to do a build thread is the LMA Journal, it is printed, it can be used as a reference anytime, and it is archived for future generations, yet very few do it despite how many times I ask. The late Harry Harland is a good example, he has done one or two articles on different ...
