Just for interest, it had 7 flights before going into production and so far it has totalled 1...

Re: Fuel plumbing in a 1/3 Spacewalker

Richard,
I had a load of the DuBro units, as Bob mentions they are prone to problems, gave away at least 6. One of the things you should be aware of they come either for Gas or Glow, if you get it wrong the internal seals dissolve.

Get rid of them its not worth the trouble.

Re: Gelcoat

Depends on what resin you are going to use.

If using polyester, the supplier will also have the appropriate product.

Same goes for Epoxy, Polyester and Epoxy do not mix.

Re: Servo lead markers

Barry,

Why not use small cable ties of various colours, this is what I do; white for u/c, green for aileon, red for elevator, black for throttle and yellow for flap. If you end up with two of same clour together, then add another tie (red for port or green for starboard)

Dave,

You are correct.

Try reading the info on Legal use of frequencies in France in the LMA resource tag on the forum,
its under the "Legal Frequencies in the UK" bit.

Re: Battery Backers?

If I recall from technical articals in the mags, you need a diode in one of the lines to prevent the low battery feeding of the high battery. Thats what the battery backer does for you.
