I am looking to purchase a model over 20kg, the one I am looking at has been inspected,has it paperwork and has done its 6 flights. As a new owner do I have to do 6 supervised flights.?or can I just fly it

At the lma meet at cossford, there was a large scale heinkel 111 finished in desert camo, does anyone know who does the plans for one of these or a junkers ju88 must be big, around the 120" mark
