Zenoah 38 mount

After a medium length mount for the 38. Should be 54mm long.
Also after a 4.5" Sullivan Skylite wheel. Plastic hub. Or anybody you knows who has this wheel size in stock.

Zenoah 38 reassembly

I am about to resemble a zenoah 38 after fitting new bearings and seals.
Do I need any kind of compound when putting the crankcase back together.
I noticed some residue not unike like varnish when I disassembled the crankcase.

Has any body had any experience of using Japlac paint on open structures, particularly over Koverall. I am thinking of spraying from the tin thinned with white spirit. Thanks.

Thanks for the advice Ian Have thouroughly cleaned pulleys and belt, but it has never run on torquemaster so was probably clean. Have tightened the belt a fraction more so i can fick over generating about 90 degrees swing before going over TDC. Will try choking a bit more also. will try again tomorr...
