Ka7 1/3 scale glider - unflown.

ka7, huge model, the wingspan (5.33m) and scale don;t really tell you just how big it is. Perfectly manageable for my mwb transit, not for the average car though. Unflown and full of HV hitec goodness, all servos new for the project. Please get in touch and I'll email high res photos. I'm only selli...

Re: Unstarted Peter Goldsmith Cmelak kit span 138ins

hey Bill!

did you sell it? I would love this model, but need to move a glider or two on first, space dictates!

How's life in gogledd land?

tug undercarriage needed

Long shot, does anyone have an ally or glass undercart they'd be willing to sell me that would suit my titan 111cc tug?

Carbon Copy CCU24 would be perfect but sadly they can't get one to me before my next aerotow event in 10 days.

Any help very much appreciated.

Thanks, Elliot.

Tony, don't worry, it made me chuckle!

Not sure what the file size limit is, but I managed to get the images small enough in the end.

Take care, Ell.

Re: Hangar 9 Cub 1/4 scale

Tony, if I had the time to read through the whole forum, I would, sadly I don't. I have re-sized my images to 600 pixels max and they still won't upload - there is no indication on the thread Peter kindley did about max file size, I can only assume I'm falling foul of that. But thanks for being so h...

Hangar 9 Cub 1/4 scale

Another casualty of my fleet thinning. A great model, I just don't get round to flying (I'm a tug and glider flyer mostly). RTF with brand new DLE30 for this model, engine has run flawlessly for around 2 hours max, so nowhere near run in. I have a set of floats too, the lake we had access to is now ...

Goldwing Yak55M 55cc

Thinning my fleet, have run out of room, so the less well flown models are going. This model is ready to fly with a DLE55, JMB canister and HV servos, but as I couldn't drum up much interest at £500 it's now airframe only aT £250. I'm in west Wales, but shipping can be arranged if required. Drop me ...

Re: Wilga104 rigging angles

Barrie, that sounds about right, 4 degrees side and downthrust and the decalage is something like that. I have a 1/4 scale I'll check next time I rig it.

Cheers, Elliot.

Re: large scale tug needed

The Bidule would be fine (although not terribly scale) sadly Barry's is a bit too nice, and around £1500.

I have all the gear already so only need a bare airframe, usually end up replacing servos anyway.

Thanks though :)

Happy new year!

large scale tug needed

Looking for a 100cc plus airframe I can use as a tug, nothing too nice, I've not got thousands to spend.

But nothing big stikky or greenley shaped ta. Anything considered otherwise.

Cash waiting.

Cheers, Ell.

Re: quietest canisters

Thanks John and Phil, that's good info, never heard of the MJM cans, they look really nice. I'll have to investigate trumpets for the DLE too, always forget about intake roar. What do you guys think are the quietest props? I've got a scale wilga biela prop for my Saito R3 90cc, I'm hoping that whole...

quietest canisters

Hello,

my next project will be using a 111cc twin, I'd like to make it as quiet as possible and have been very impressed with both MTW and Krumscheid canisters. Which is best? Or is there something else even better?

Thanks in advance, Elliot.
