Hi everyone......to fill in time between serious projects I have built this ARF and done many mods to it.......maiden flight was last Thursday.

Hi Andy.......have been following your build from the beginning....I am puzzled again by your deviation from scale......at this size I thought a tailwheel set up somewhat similar to the full size would have been preferable to what you have done here........sorry to be critical, but the larger models...

I notice that you have not tapered the rego lettering on the top and bottom of the wing........I only picked this ...

Nice work Phil......I am just about to start building the 1/4 scale version of this aircraft......I have the part laser cut kit from Sparc laser here in Australia. I have managed to find a number of photos of this aircraft but no close up detail shots.....do you know of a photo pac that is available...

Hi Andy......yes I know what you mean by the ÿoungsters"flying all over us......the 1/4 scale SW weighs 6.8 kgs so it does not float in...best landings are to keep a bit of power on till the last couple of feet altitude. I have some more photos of the inside ...I will dig them out and post them...

Hi Andy...all that sounds good......my only concern is.........as I found out the hard way with my 1/4 scale version...is that only a small bounce will eat up all the spring travel...and then the load has to be taken up somewhere else...after many repairs I finally remade the UC on my 1/4 scale as p...
