Re: Convair YF2Y-1 Sea Dart

Hi Alex,
You and your team never cease to amaze, a truly amazing project.
Hope this is relevant, but does the model have a water rudder? as do some float planes.

Best regards
Dave

PS. I still think it's got to the bum twitching cycle clip stage.:)

Flair 1/4 scale Tiger Moth

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if Flair are still operating?
I have tried ringing but no answers.

I am looking for an untouched 1/4 scale Tiger Moth.

Regards

Re: Convair YF2Y-1 Sea Dart

Hi Alex This project is absolutely stupendous, and a fantastic credit to you and your team. I know that the Sea Dart was designed and built to fly, but has it now reached the bum twitching cycle clips stage, where it will be confined to be displayed as a museum piece? Either way it just goes to show...

Re: Stuart Mackay

Hi Peter
I do believe that he still sells 'Moki' engines, but if your looking to purchase one, then why not go direct to 'Airworld' in Germany.
They are extremely helpful, and it would be a lot cheaper.

Good luck

Re: Cyparis spars

Hi Peter
Try Stuart Solomon he is a member of the LMA. Sorry I can't give you his number but Phil Clark at Fighteraces will be able to help you he only cuts metric sizes, but is very reliable.

Good luck

I would prefer petrol ignition of about 10cc for project that I would like to undertake with my young son. I did know of an engine called a 'Gannet' which was availab...

Re: FN5 turrets for Wellington

I have been following this thread for some time now, and can only assume that this is the work of a genius. If the build quality of these turrets are anything to go by, then the aircraft must be of museum quality. I really look forward to seeing the finished article. Congratulations Tim and good luc...

Re: Congratulations !!!!

Hi Stephen, It might be worth doing a bit of research on who sell's a Beaufighter kit that needs retracts of the size that you have been robbed of. Absolute cretin. As we all know this sport is very insular, this cretin will be found out in the course of time, and I sincerely hope that he is prosecu...
