Re: Head Office

I would be interested to know what the BMFA do with over £1,360,000 they gather each year in membership fees.

Re: Head Office

Not by choice though. If you want to join a club then they are normally affiliated to the BMFA and you
must join the this outfit and pay through the nose for the honour. Why should one be compelled to pay for

Re: More content at shows

Just wondering how these changes will work regarding other LMA shows ie Tibenham [Is it lost and gone forever or can traders and the public be encouraged to return} Also a possible replacement for East Kirkby, is anything on the horizon and will potential traders be contacted and encouraged by the e...

Re: More content at shows

That sounds fantastic Dave. Could I suggest a letter is prepared and sent to all our traders informing them of all the show changes that are intended in order to attract extra custom for them rather than letting them find out for next season. I would think this would need to be done sooner rather th...

Re: More content at shows

Re: DLE 55RA Silencing

June 9th, 2018, 7:51 pm Hi Paul There will be an article on the Sid king silencer coming in the LMA journal shortly. These will definitely work to make your engine a lot quieter. If you want a copy, I can email it to you before the journal comes out. Mikes reply to Paul Hughes in June. I am quite s...

Re: The Global “anti-drone” hysteria continues..

Are drones restricted to the same club rules as fixed wing models? If not they should be. ie height limits, not out of sight and at most clubs a restricted boundary which you must fly within. If this not the case, then why not? Safety to the public is paramount and any model flown outside of the abo...
