HOW MUCH????? Add that to the price of a Sullivan and the Easystart looks really, really cheap! Use a Sullivan on 24 volts and it will work fine. Or contact Glen for lessons in starting..... :lol:

Stuart- if you want to use the Sullivan, go 24 volts, (two 12 volt gel batteries is fine) that will be man enough for it, but use for a maximum of 30 seconds at a time, or you could damage it.

Sullivan Dynatron can be used with 2 batteries on 24 volts, starts anything, but there are new, geared starters which seem to do the job.

John- I would only ever use wood props on petrol, this is a Menz 19x10, but changing props makes no difference.

this thing of mine does both! It bites, and runs backwards. The timing cant be altered if the woodruff key is intact, and it is. The engine runs perfectly once it starts the right way. Its just very odd....
