Wicks sell a type of bubble wrap that has a thin aluminiun layer on one side. It comes in a roll and is used for insulating behind radiators. This material is cheap and much better than standard bubble wrap as the aluminium foil gives the material a little bit of stiffness. Cut the material the the shape of the wings and either sew with a domestic sewing machine or stick together with Duck tape. Put the Aluminium surface on the outside or it will mark the wings where it rubs. The inner face is smooth so it is easier to put the wings into the bags than normal bubble wrap which has a "bubbley" finish to one side.
Hope this helps.
