Wing incidence

Hi
I would appreciate some help please.
I have nearly finished my 1/4 scale Stampe byplane ( from the Slec kit) and wish to check the rigging angles.
Now the plan do`s not give any measurments only a engine thrust line which i have taken as 0 deg.
I have spoken to Slec about this and was i bit suprised to hear that they have no idea what the rigging angles should be,they saythe model flys fine as built due to the locking parts.Well may be, but i would still like to check.
So my question is gentlemen do

Set the tail plane at + 1.5 to 2 degrees if possible, then set the lower wing at 0 degrees or as plan with the top wing at +1.5 to 3 degrees. don't worry if lower wing already has a positive incidence from the plan. You will have plenty of lift from the the wings any way. The tail incidence is the key to the planes sit in the air. as you want the tail to be level or very slightly high in flight. when you set the C of G also set the tail very slightly high. The stampe is a good flyer but faster than the tiger moth that it is based on, so land a little faster. enjoy.
