3w 80 Carb settings

As in title, please can someone tell me the needle settings for this engine. I've brought it fairly new but has been run. So far can only make it cough.

Hi Stewart if you go to this page ( Copy url in address line )

Then to page 9 it is there

highspeed needle H: 3/4
low speed needle L: 1
This is the default settings
