Multi blade prop sizing

If an engine normally uses a 24x12 2 blade prop, what size blades would be needed if using 4, 6 or 8 blades, any ideas?

Robin, thanks for that, quite interesting for power and thrust, but still no mention of multi blade props. I will continue the search.
