scale undercarriage

Postby Nick Reeves 3055 » June 17th, 2010, 7:43 pm

hi all,

i am looking for some help. a friend of mine is in the concept stages of a large scale commercial jet, but can not do any more design work until the undercarriage is made. so i am looking for someone to help make a scaleish retracting, and twisting undercarriage system. this would include the retracting mechanism, the oleos, the twisting action, and brakes onto bespoke hubs. some rough measurements are oleo 7" from lower wing skin to axle, oleo 1.25" dia, 5" wheels. there is no real rush to get these made as there are at least two other over 20kg models to build first :D

can anyone help??

cheers
