On a 30% warbird I need hinges for ailerons which are about 34 inches long and 4" chord.
I want to make them Frise type, with the hinge line at about 25% of aileron chord, on the bottom surface.
I would also like to make them removable from the wing. i.e. From below, they would screw onto hardpoints built in to the wing.
Any ideas on sourcing such hardware?
