Changing props & engine tuning

just a quick question. on a G62 will the tuning change much if i was to change the prop from a 23x8 to a 22x10?? if so will it need to be richer or leaner on either needle?
Nick its not a glow so you shouldnt need to change the mixture if it is already established.
