CAD drawings/ Help needed

Gents, I am about to embark on a new Warbird project at 1:3.3 scale.
To ease the drawing process I am planning on doing these at 6.6 scale by hand and then I would like to find someone who could digitize them so I can; A. Have them printed out at the right scale for pattern making and B. share the info with a company for laser cutting some of the components I need.
I'd be happy to hear from anyone who has the tech skills to achieve this with me please.
PS I'm old school pattern maker and tech drawing!
MRB.

Mike, we have a company up here in gods own country,Newcastle, called Metro Repro. They will scan drawings, put them onto disc so they can be printed out at any size or you could use a free program called 'TURBOCAD', so easy to use. PM me if you want a copy.

If you need some CAD support modelling the output of the scans I would be happy to assist.
I'm a PhD student at Cranfield and all I'd ask is permission to write the design up as professional practice.
