Large Model Association Forum

Hey guys, has anybody out there got any idea where I could get my hands on a set of 9" wheels for a 3rd scale harvard I am working on!
I seem to have no problem on getting 8 or 10" but neither is suitable. Any kind of help would be very much appreciated.

Caravan pneumatic jockey wheels are 9.5" diameter with about 1/4" of tread so once that's been removed with a sander they should be about right.....fairly cheap too but not light weight.

Just noticed this thread, I was looking for pneumatic wheels not quite as large as 9" and noticed that nearly all of the kiddies buggys have pneumatic wheels of various sizes and most of them are lightweight. Take your tape measure down to Mothercare or somewhere like that and try to explain to the assistants why you are measuring buggy wheels!!!

Try RS components. Search for wheels.

Cheers guys thanks for your help! In the end I got trolley wheels but these were 10" dia. I then ordered up some mini moto tyres as these are 9" and fit the hubs we'll !!
