interference ??

hi all i have just bought a cap 232 (black horse) with a zenoah 62 (electric ing (bcm) has pcm rec and opto
the problem is after 2 to 3 mins of engine running the rudder and ele starts to twitch very violently have tried removing opto , changed xtal etc the fault continues with engine running but stops as soon as engine killed
my question is can i earth the ing unit to the engine ? if so is it a matter of just bolting a wire between the to ?

sorted with a couple of ferrite rings and a faraday cage around the ing unit all well at the moment
