Hi
Years ago i had a dedicated manual air pump with a gauge ( looked like a long slim bike pump).
I need to get another one, but can not find any where that sells them, any one got any idea's ?
and or what is the "in " electric air pump in favour at the moment, have tried the Halfords cheapies but they do not seem to last long and struggle to get 80psi.
Thanks for you time
Arthur fielding.

Why not just get a bike pump? Cheap and very reliable, they just need a little bit of elbow grease!

Maplins do a cracking electric pump. You can get it with either a screw on nozzle or normal clip on. We have two in our crew and they fill our air tanks up to 100psi in seconds (through standard Schreader valves). It's black and silver and comes in a blue box and they operate very quietly. My mate paid £20 for his and I got mine a few weeks later and paid £15. If you want the bicycle type pump with a gauge on, I think Robart might still do them, but I bet they are more expensive than the electric one I've just mentioned.

45 Quid!!! I'd want that attached to a bike for that price. Yes, the electric pump you've highlighted is the one me and Alan have, they work fine off a 12 volt gel battery so you don't need to be humping a heavy car battery to the field.
