sopwith pup tail

hi all,

im loooking for some advice on the construction of a sopwith pup tail. i have a balsa USA 1/3 pup that is just about built but the previous owner/builder didnt do a great job of building the tail. also its all wooden and i would prefer to build a more scale like version. i have the Mick Reeves plans but i would like some advice on how to construct a tail out of wire/tube. can anyone point me in the right direction??

if yo go to the RCMF forum , in the scale section check out the triplane build of Alan Blithery, he demonstrates building a light weight alloy version, which is very similar to the Pup and might prove to be what you are looking for.
