Was doing a general tidy up of the attic and came across this plane, I've had for a few years, I know what it is, but sorry to say, I don't know who's kit it is, the undercart on one side has a piece missing, (not the one in the pic ).
Could anyone tell me who's kit it is ( I don't think they make it anymore ), and would this type of undercart still be available.
47" fuz 68" wing.
If not available may have to think of some other undercart.
any Idea, help or advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

The only kit I know is the Flair one, at 66" span, but this looks too scale, are you sure it's a kit? Looks like an old model with those early retracts, more like Brian Taylor plan? The retracts are in keeping with the KISS principle, keep it simple, I had a set in a topflite warhawk for years( yes, I know, should have been twist and turn, but who cared back in the day lol). Single retract servo, separate battery pack, always worked well,

The last time I saw one of those retracts was in the mid 70's, I think they were by Micromold.

Hi Jack, that looks like a BT Harvard. I also think I may have some of those retracts amongst my stuff. I'll have a look tonight and get back to you.

Sorry it took so long to reply lads, was down at Longhorsley, (Harry Harland Memorial) for a long weekend, making the best of a wet weekend, (still had a great time ) I would agree, simple is the way to go, Ian, if you could find the same, or something similar, that would be great, would'nt like to start changing undercart bays, and would like to still use original wheels, keeping it scale.
If you manage to find anything, I will be at Gaydon, if that's off any use.
