Hi Arthur,

Laser Engines are a small part of a larger engineering company (AGC Sales) One chap, Jon Harper runs all things Laser. He answers the phone, manages the website, assemblea the engines, and does the test running and repairs.

Every chap deserves a holiday, and Jon has been away for a couple of weeks. This (typically) coincided with a telephony failure. He's now back, everything is fixed, and the phone will be answered.

It's a small business making beautifully engineered British engines that last a lifetime. We're incredibly lucky to have them. Sometimes quality requires patience.
