Can anyone help with DX9 Tranny programme

HELP !!!! I recently bought a DX9 2.4 set,and have tried it out in several smaller models,but on fitting to larger models now with flaps,i want to use the left hand slider flap control instead of the pre programmed 2 position flap switch--and after studying the manual for hours,i still cant work out how to do it---has anyone got one who can help me??

Dave, I think this is what you want----
Go to "DEVICE SELECT" (press ENT before switching on)
Change "FLAP" to INH on the bottom line of the page.
Now Highlight "FLAP" on the top line and you get a choice of switches to use.
Select the one you want.
