Radiolink at10ii problem

Hi, transmitter at10ii, receiver r9ds. I can't get expo to work on any channel. Tried on different aircraft, same result! On screen graph shows changes, but no effect on control surfaces.
Binding no problem. Tried it with another Rx, battery, servo on the bench, all working apart from expo! The reason I went with this transmitter is my other Tx is a futaba 9C, but as I'm getting quite old, I wanted a Tx with switches/sliders in the same place.
Any constructive advice/help would be most appreciated.
