Please help identify this F4

Hi a friend off mine has an old F4 phantom air frame and servos he needs help to identify the make of, it looks to be an old kit build with fibreglass fuselage 8 feet long and foam core wings any help would be much appreciated.

Is it the Leicester (Latterley Peterborough) Models one?

Looks like a Masterfly kit to me they where made in Italy in the late 90 where designed for twin DF setup I still have one in a box
