Flight simulators

Postby Dave Hayfield » January 10th, 2013, 12:11 pm

I guess quite a few of you out there have rc simulators hooked up to your computer to practice a bit of flying when the weather is dodgy. A strange thing that I can't seem to stop doing is when I have an aircraft in the air on the screen and the phone rings or there is a knock at the door I just have to land the model properly before leaving the computer. I know that it doesn't matter if I let it crash but it goes against all of my discipline and conditioning to let it do so. Is it just me or are there others who do the same?

I'm the same Dave. You have to land the plane. Just wish that in real life when you crash there was a reset button!
