Just a general excuse to have a moan but Just how much longer can the cost of petrol and diesel keep going up in price. I've seen diesel at almost £7.00 for just one gallon and petrol not coming in much cheaper...and still rising. It will soon be cheaper to run our cars on model glow fuel. ( Now there's a thought) Who would have thought it possible that a gallon of petrol would cost the same as a gallon glow fuel. ( convert to litres if you must but I still like to use old measurements ) I remember petrol at just 53p for a gallon of 2 star.
I think the Brits have proven to be a resilient and determined bunch when it comes to using our cars even though we are forced into paying such a high price for our fuel, but surely this situation can't be sustainable and how long before it starts to have noticeable and detrimental effects on the shows. Sadly, it's already effecting me and forcing me to only engage in a limited number of none essential car journeys.
Anyone else got any thoughts on the subject.....
