Hello David,
My AT6 Texan is a scratch built all wood affair which I believe used a scaled up Brian Taylor plan for construction. It comes in at about 25kg without fuel. Its quite a floater ! It is in fact an oldie but goldie Moki 215 up front to which i have added a Rainbowtronic ignition system and an APS electric fuel pump. Its real sweet to fly. Your evolution radial will be plenty I would guess . . . good luck with the build
