Hi Bill, I have a 72 inch clipped wing super Chipmunk which I built from the SLEC kit originally Apache Aviation. I built it during lockdown and have had exactly 7 flights with it. I don't really have the room for another model so I am thinking of selling it complete. It has all brand new Hitec servos, fuel tank, Rcxel kill switch, two batteries and a New Range RCGF 35cc petrol engine from Morris Mini Motors. Its finished in the Penzoil scheme and has scale dashboards from Aerocockpit in the Czech Republic. I built it with the wing in two halves for easy transport. It flies superbly, very stable and predictable with no vices. I am particularly impressed with the engine. Very easy to start, surprisingly quite, and plenty of power although its still running in. I live in Hoddesdon Herts and have visited Old Warden many times which is 40 mins away. the only thing left to do is paint the canopy lines and affix the last decals to the cowling. I am asking £425.
