Fokker DR8, quarter scale, Zenoah 26cc new for this model which has had one flight, Engel 18 x 8 super-silence-pro propeller, Well made but need wing struts raising one side or lowering the other. Wing is true and the struts give correct incidence, port tip +0.6°, Star Tip +0.6°, port inner +2.2°, starboard inner +2.0°, tailplane 0°. Servos:- Ailerons 2 x Futaba S3004, Elevator 1 x S3001, Rudder 1 x S3001, Motor 1 x S3001. There is a Futaba R617FS FASST 7 channel 2.4GHz receiver fitted which can be left in subject to agreement. Model has 2 4 cell NiMH packs feeding through two switch harnesses.
This is an excellent WW1 model, is extremely light in weight, and looks nice but needs the struts adjusting. THIS MODEL WILL NOT FLY ON AILERON/ELEVATOR only it will simply NOT turn. Co-ordinated Rudder is most essential for control. The Engel prop is good because it greatly enhances the thrust of the 26cc Zenoah, I think about double the thrust from a good wooden prop. I use them on my WW1 Pup. Could remove prop and reduce price. £350 ono. £315 less prop I will have the prop and make up the money.
