Bill Hemple 50% clipped wing Cub for sale.
I recently got this but I have since come to realize that sadly it is too big for me.
It is a lovely model in good used condition. Never crashed or damaged. It does have a couple of covering repairs but nothing major.
It comes fitted with a good running ZDZ 210 cc twin cylinder, fitted with an onboard starter to save hand starting. This is paired with a painted wood prop and JMB canisters which are smoke ready.
Servos are JR8711’s on all the flying surfaces with a standard servo on throttle.
It also has some Hacker LIFE batteries included for the onboard starter.
There is also a Powerbox Champion fitted with the screen which was new for the model when the wiring was refreshed with the previous owner a couple of years ago.
Finally a full set of wing, tail and fin bags are included which again were new a couple years ago at a staggering cost of around £600 with shipping and import.
The model is ready to fit receivers and receiver batteries, get resigned off on the LMA and be flown.
It is based in Blackburn Lancashire, and sadly I can’t really meet anywhere as my trailer is not ready for the road but if a meeting is required message me as something may be able to be arranged.
I am looking for £3000 with the Powerbox. I am in no rush to sell, and if required a deposit can be taken and the model stored until the new year..
