It was originally fitted out with Roto 35 Petrol engine but never flown on that setup. Custom engine mount still available if anybody wants to convert it back.
It is currently flying on a 9s (3 x 3s 4000 packs) electric setup which gives slightly more power than the Roto 35 with less weight. 8 min duration with plenty left.
Turnigy 60mm motor and a well over specified 150 amp speed controller. (Motors draws just over 50 amps full throttle).
6 digital servos (two are Hi Tek programmable and four are Spektrum) plus 1 heavy duty analogue on rudder.
Fuselage mounted (non scale!) carbon undercarriage. Wing mounted scale legs are included but have never been fitted.
Upgraded hd tail wheel setup.
Cowl has been nicely repainted (as original white areas had discoloured). One small flaking area which needs touching up.
Note – part of one side of engine mounting box (under cowl) has been scorched when a previous speed controller failed. Damage not structural.
Never suffered any structural damage. Film in generally good condition.
Just add receiver (and LiPos) and fly – £300. Or airframe only (or any half way combination) by negotiation.
