Built in the 1990's and bought by my father from the builder some years later and it has been in our possession carefully stored since. I am reliably informed the aircraft has never been flown.
It is a 1/3 scale model of a Sopwith Pup. (N6200) No4 (naval) Squadron RNAS 1917, and detailed with the livery of the RNAS, and detailed beneath the cockpit "Bobs", fitted with a pilot wearing sheepskin lined leather flying jacket, hemet and goggles. The cockpit is accurately detailed. The air frame overall is of a very high quality detail.
The engine is a Titan ZG 62 manufactured in Japan by the Komatsu Zenoah company. The original instructions for the mechanical installation are from Toni Clark Lubeck West Germany and there are detailed instructions and sketch drawings from Germany showing detail and advising on method of construction. The propellor is wooden 28 x 5 which was advised ideal. The wingspan is 247 cm and the length 182 cm. As can be seen from the picture attached the wiring is still of that time.
