1/4 Scale Jerry Bates 'Sea Fury'

Hi everybody,
Due to health issues I have no alternative but to sell my 1/4 Scale Sea Fury designed by Jerry Bates.
It has been fully registered and in accordance with the LMA over 20 kgs scheme, and inspected by Phil Clark of Fighteraces.
I can and will supply all of the relevant paperwork associated with the scheme.
It comes with all drawings, Cowl, Spinner, Canopy, Tailplane & elevators (glass cloth covered) signed off
Fin & Rudder (glass cloth covered) signed off, sequencing valve for undercarriage.
The fuselage is approximately 60% complete and sheeted as per plan and cleared by inspection for the next stage. The scale retracting tail wheel unit is also included.
The following will give you an idea as to how much costs that have been incurred to date.

Belair Laser cut kit £290
Sequencing valve £90 (Fighteraces supplied)

60% Completed fuselage £150
Scale tail wheel retract system (air operated) £175
This totals £1408.00
The items that have been built, have been built to a very high standard and hav'nt had any criticism from my building inspector.
I am looking for £1200, and I am also willing to include 2 brand new in box Savox SV1270TG H/V approved servos. These servos are for elevator control, and these alone cost £62.99 each from the Servo shop.
Please gentleman respect my asking price, as I feel that I am offering a fair deal. Stage building photos can be supplied if required.
Buyer to collect as posting or carrier is not an option.
