Saunders Roe Jet Flying Boat

Here we have a most unusual subject-----very few full size ones made and only one left in the Southampton air museum---this is the Saunders Roe Squirt----a Jet flying boat fighter aircraft----this is a large model at over 9ft long---wings and Tail are removable but fuselage in one piece so van needed for transport
It was originally built by the late Doug Rigby but never finished---I bought it several years back and fitted a 160 Merlin and twin Futaba Radio system ----its a pussycat to fly [as seen on first test flight video]
and no retracts to worry about--it has a Dolly as seen in pics that is released by radio on lift of----it could easily be sealed to fly off water but I have never tried it---its had only 20 flights---sold without the MERLIN but available if needed at negotiable cost
This is a one off large model----only selling as I have a glut of models that I just wont get round to flying on a regular basis so reducing my fleet----
Hoping for £1200 ONO but willing to negotiate
