Can anyone throw light or a methodology on relating a given thrust figure (real or otherwise!!) for an engine to the flying weight of the aircraft it is fitted to.
I realise that type of aircraft is a factor ie 3D would like 1:1 or better, but im interested in scale application.
Can anyone give me an example of their particular set up ie my aircraft weighs x kilos and the motor set up fitted produces y kilos of thrust.
