Hello :-)

Postby RichardVaughanDavies » October 29th, 2012, 10:38 am

Just a quick hello really. I joined the LMA at Cosford this year, and started modelling a couple of years ago. So a newbie in most cases. The size and potential technical hurdles of large models appeals to me, hence joining the LMA :) . No doubt my in-experience will raise a few posts on here, please be patient.

I live in South Wales, so most shows will be a long journey, but I will try to get to as many as I can. Went to Gaydon yesterday, and had a grand day, even buying (eventually, Much Marcle cancelled) a long white box with Sky 120 written on it. Apologies to Dave Parry, but I'm just about to resurect your build log.

That's it really

Richard

Welcome Richard, Sky-120, well you sound like me it is the only plane I have built err, correction built twice, ’but that’s another story’ if you read my build thread all will become clear. I hope you enjoy building it as much as I did. :D

Now you might save me a job here, I was going to try and find some time to re-write my build for the journal. You know what is coming next, yes, you are right. Can you or would you consider doing a build article for the Journal as this is your first build, with pictures of course, you don’t need to do as many as me I as usual when over the top but hey that’s me.

Hi Dave

I'm sure I'll be able to do something. PM on it's way.
