The first thing I would like to say is that I have sought and have kindly been given permission from Dave Parry to go ahead with this post. I didn't want to just pitch in with what could be seen as a plug for a shop without asking, though the subject heading is the reason behind the post.
Those that already know me on this forum will be aware that not only am I a moderator on another forum, but that I also have a close (unpaid) association with Kings Lynn Model Shop. Those that don't know me will be now fully aware of my situation. I was a fully paid up LMA member which sadly lapsed this year, mainly because of work commitments but will be renewed in the near future, I also have a partially built Antonov AN2 on the go which is registered with the LMA but lain dormant for some considerable time, but is now back on my list of things to do. Oh, and I have been a member and very occasional contributor to this forum for some 5 years.
Right then, to the real reason for my posting.
We, in Kings Lynn Model Shop are pleased to be have been able to introduce a new range of specialist paints from Hobby Flight Advanced Paints. We are the only distributors of the paint and it is available through our web site but we would be happy to supply to the model builders and trade commercially if they are interested.

The paint has been available on an Ad Hoc basis for a number of years, and a few notable scale builders have been using it and like using it very much, but it has never been commercially available.
You might just recognise one or two of the following models sprayed in Hobby Flight Paints:
There are more, but you get the idea.
The paint is petrol proof and kero proof out of the tin, though fuel proofers will be available very soon and we recommend fuel proofing against glow fuel. Also, spray cans will be available shortly and I intend to paint an 85" Thunderbolt in Snafu colours very soon as a working example.
There is info on the web site, but if you have specific questions feel free to call the shop and ask for Steve.
I shan't take up any more of your time.
Thanks for reading.
