Hi All, as we expected, we do still have some issues with this forum being integrated into our new website but please be assured we are looking into them and are working to resolve the issues.
One of the main ones was user password reset which is now working again. Outstanding is smiles and the editing features when posting, none of these are working yet.
Spare a thought
As Administrator I do have rights to access your accounts for obvious reasons, but I don’t have access to your password, now this part of the forum takes up a big chunk of my time, members always seem to forget their password, which means I have to find your account reset your password and then email you to tell you your new password.
Now although sometimes this is unavoidable could I please ask you all to make a note of your username and password for the forum just in case you are logged out for whatever reason, that way you will save me a whole lot of time doing this job.
Remember as we are changing things to try and resolve the issues you all could be logged out at some point.
