Help, please. Just Engines

I contacted Andrew, at Just Engines, on Sept. 24th., and ordered a couple of silencers for a NGH 38cc 4str.
On Oct. 10, he said they had just come in and they would be on the way to me.

Since then, nothing, no replies to emails (I haven't phoned). My Visa has not been charged.
They seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth.

Is there anyone local (Shaftesbury) who could tell me if they are still in business?

Just ordered a custom exhaust a couple of weeks ago and it arrived yesterday after a phone call the day before so they are very much still going. They did lose my email so I had to chase them up a couple of days after. They are usually busy so I suggest calling them till you know they have shipped them. Emails are not always immediate to them.

I phoned them this morning (my time). Andrew was out, but did talk to another very pleasant gentleman. Hopefully, all will be sorted soon.
